There is an inverse relationship between # of comments and comment quality in political discussions on the web. I guess that’s true for all web sites. Case in point: Pancake City. Number of average comments: 1. But it’s always a brilliant comment. Except for the penis spam. But even then, at least penis spam is written in complete sentences. I’m not sure a die-hard presidential candidate supporter can compete with penis spam. Maybe Zogby should do a poll. Of course, he’ll probably over-sample penis spam by 13 points.
